Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your footwear meets your adventure-ready standards.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from any damage, dirt, or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following categories:

  • Kids’ Footwear – All children’s shoes and boots from our “Kids'” collection
  • Slip-Ons – All slip-on style footwear from our “Slip-Ons” collection

These items are only eligible for exchange if they arrive defective or damaged.

    Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:

Refund Processing
